The HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair is Asia''s largest event of its kind, and the second biggest in the world. Record Attendance The 2011 edition of the show featured over 1,930 exhibitors from 41 countries and regions, covering every category of the toys industry. They benefited from the attendance of over 34,000 buyers – a new fair record – including major buying groups with enormous spending power. There were increase in numbers of buyers from the US and Europe, while turnout from emerging markets such as India, Brazil, South Africa, Vietnam, Russia and Turkey recorded double digit growth.
Target Zones As the first toys event in the calendar, the Hong Kong event enjoys a high profile, and offers an excellent platform for the launch of new products and collections. The organisation of the show assists suppliers in ensuring they meet the right buyers, thanks to the presence of themed zones focusing on specific toy categories and hot market segments.
